This 4-hour in-person workshop focused on providing evidence-based skills and principles for effective communication in a clinical setting; and was held on 22 April 2023, ahead of the annual BSH congress in Birmingham.
This session was led by an expert psychologist, as well as professional actors. There was a mix of discussion-based workshops and role play opportunities to put learning into practice, as well as providing networking opportunities with other attendees. It was the first of an engaging and practice-shaping series, especially for HCPs in the early stages of their career.
